Spring recipes straight out of our kitchen

Our Grand Brasserie kitchen team presents their spring time favorite: caramelized goat cheese with celery.

For one portion you need:
Goat cheese in 1 cm pieces
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 stalk celery
2 tablespoons cress
2g honey
2g dark balsamic vinegar
Salt, lemon juice and olive oil

Pull the threads of the stalk celery, cut it, blanch it and rinse with cold water- marinate with salt, lemon juice and olive oil – use the leaves as decoration.

Cut the celery into half and flame 3 pieces sprinkled in brown sugar.

Mix honey and balsamic vinegar.

Prepare on plate. Enjoy!
